These EF floats are designed and manufactured by Spring Creek Outfitters in northern Minnesota.
These very durable foam floats will provide you will all the safety and stability you will ever need!

They come with our Universal Receiver, clamps that clamp to any canoe, 2 Ethafoam floats and float arms.

Length: 27 inches. Diameter: 6 inches.

Float Weight: 1 lb. Package Weight: 9 lbs.

Float tubes extend out to a max of 21" from each side of the boat. Float tubes then
adjust floats up and down.*

EF floats were designed to ride an inch or two above the water level. If you are looking for stability while motoring, sailing, kayaking or in any case where you need your floats down in the water, our HD floats are more appropriate.

To size your canoe for a UR, first, measure your canoe at it's widest point. Measuring the widest point
gives you the option to place the UR anywhere on your canoe that is comfortable.

Most canoe gunwales have inside lips for clamping, meaning your clamps will be on the inside of the canoe. However, some canoe gunwales have outside lips, and in this case your clamps will clamp to the outside of your canoe. If this is your circumstance, please go up one UR size when ordering.

Special size UR adds $10.00 to your cost.

The product works great and the service is outstanding. I failed to take into account the lip on my canoe was on the outside. I talked to Chuck and he sent a longer UR and told me to use the box to ship back the original one. I had my grandchildren in the canoe this weekend. They enjoyed catching fish and I could enjoy watching them! Also,I tried standing and fly fishing with great confidence.

This is a great product. I love to go Lake Trout and Salmon fishing in remote Maine lakes with a canoe. I carry lot's of gear like a portable downrigger, electric motor, battery, fishfinder, and of course my rods and tackle. If I ever rolled the canoe it would be a disaster. The canoe would sink if I strapped all that gear down. I take preparations to avoid the canoe sinking outside of the stabilizers. But these stabilizers allow me to relax and truly enjoy myself out there. When I am pulling in a big fish, it becomes very easy to lose focus on the canoe and roll it. But that is not going to happen with the stabilizer. It works like a champ!

Spring Creek's stabilizers are the best. I use mine for everything I do in my canoe. If you own a canoe I highly recommend a stabilizer outfit from Spring Creek.
